Danum Homes was founded in 2005 to Retail and Build quality homes
across the North of England
The Three founding Directors each have long, successful careers in the property
industry.
Chairman Mick Kirkbride is an established builder with considerable
experience of the construction industry across Europe. He currently concentrates on house
building for some of the UK’s best known residential developers.
Company Secretary & Director Neal Craven is a Chartered Surveyor
with over 20 years experience of the commercial and investment property market.
Director Paul Wildsmith is an expert in residential property
management and investment with almost 15 years experience.
